Zenith is a watch company with very long history. The brand was founded in 1865 and since that time is has been continuously trying to achieve absolute perfection.

No one wanted to buy mechanical watches irrespective of their quality. Only in the beginning of 1980s financial and engineering group Dixi that is the last longstanding owner of LVMH group bought Zenith, revived mechanical watches and contributed to revival of the company.
In 2003 the company issued Chronomaster El Premiero that featured an absolute novelty – an opened window on the dial that allowed to admire the inside of the watch. This model immediately became the icon of Zenith manufacture and achieved an incredible success in all over the world.
As well the brand presented a collection of women’s watches. This collection that combined beauty and intellect was called Star. These watches became incredibly popular with women and now female models of Zenith watches have achieved the third part of the whole number of watches produced by Zenith.
In 2004 the company produced its first tourbillon with chronograph and El Primero mechanism. Due to this true masterpiece Zenith became one of the best watch brands of the new century. The watch Grande Chronomaster Open El Primero won the main prize of the award Grand Prix de l’Horlogerie in Geneva as “The Best Watch of 2004” in the men’s watch category.
In 2005 the brand issued the first women’s chronograph Haute Couture – Starissime. This model that is designed for unique women was decorated with 230 diamodns.
As well the manufacture made a contribution to production of the world’s most complicated watches and created Grande Class Traveller Repetition Minutes El Primero – with chronograph, alarm clock, date, second time zone and of course, with minute repeater.
Some time later the manufacture launched a collection of luxurious sports watches – Defy.
